Adam Schmidt
Director, Advisory, Technology Strategy
Adam helps clients transform or make incremental changes to their IT operating model or strategy, including changes to organization, governance, process, and information to make decisions.
He works with executive and management teams to bring out the best ideas and drive action. Adam is certified and experienced in bringing Lean and Agile concepts to Portfolio, Program and Team/Project management. He is skilled at helping clients with knowledge of market practices, frameworks, tools, and insights.
Adam believes in helping organizations make fact-based decisions with IT performance data for use at executive and Board levels. He can also help make sense of transformation in IT finances with experience pivoting IT target operating model transformation to IT financial management transformation.
