Subash Samuels

Subash is a Partner in the KPMG Consulting practice, where she brings more than 25 years of IT internal and external audit as well as advisory experience in various industries. She understands the challenges within IT organizations from the lens of both IT and the business.

Subash leads the development of IT SOX services and AI/automation for IT SOX. She spent more than a decade leading global IT external audits.

Subash also has substantial experience leading and coordinating technology risk engagements across multiple industries. She has served as project manager with responsibility for delivering technology Internal Audit projects, technology risk assessments; finance and technology transformation engagements; finance and technology current and future state evaluations, technology integration and project management and roll-out activities; Sarbanes-Oxley 404 testing of business and technology systems and controls risk assessments and recommendations. Related to SOX, she has a wide range of experience supporting clients build out of their SOX programs, supporting the entire SOX cycle, pre-IPO as well as those working through remediation of material weaknesses and significant deficiencies.
