Patrick is the National Managing Partner, Advisory Strategy and Markets at KPMG LLP. As National Managing Partner, Patrick is responsible for building a unified, industry-centric strategy to support the profitable growth of Advisory. He works closely with Advisory, Audit and Tax leaders to bring the full power, strength, and experience of the firm to clients and grow their business.
Patrick continues to serve as KPMG’s Managing Partner for the Washington, D.C. Metro Area and the U.S. Federal Government Business Leader.
In his role as Managing Partner for the Washington, D.C. Metro Area, Patrick oversees the Washington, D.C. market hub including Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C. He is responsible for leading market strategy, developing and inspiring over 4,000 team members, delivering outstanding client care, and growing the KPMG brand and relationships in the market.
As the U.S. Federal Government Business Leader, Patrick oversees the KPMG Federal practice, aligning the KPMG U.S. Federal Audit and Advisory practices and supporting more than 2,000 KPMG Partners and employees.
In previous leadership roles, Patrick served as the KPMG U.S. and Americas lead of the Accounting Advisory Services Network and member of Deal Advisory and Strategy Senior leadership team. Patrick has also served as a Global Lead Partner for some of KPMG’s highest priority accounts, overseeing the global partnership between our clients and KPMG.
Patrick started his career with KPMG and before returning to KPMG 15 years ago, also spent time working with a technology startup and leading a boutique consulting firm.
Patrick serves as the KPMG representative on the Greater Washington Partnership, the Washington Board of Trade and the Economic Club. He is a native of Northern Virginia and is proud to support the community through his involvement in sports and community organizations. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
