Annette F. Rosta

Annette is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in professional services, pharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. She specializes in Accessibility, Culture & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, HR Compliance, and people relations. A Human Resources Certified Professional with Undergraduate and Graduate studies in Human Resources, Annette is currently the Accessibility Leader for KPMG.

In this role Annette drives impactful change to improve accessibility and inclusion for partners, employees, and guests. She focuses on retention, engagement, and development of people with disabilities, as well as hiring and integrating new recruits with disabilities.

Annette spearheads the advancement of accessibility in all work environments, implementing leading practices and change agents. She centralizes the accommodations process and increases awareness through effective communication, education, and top-down support. Annette's strategy aims to positively impact all KPMG members and empower people with disabilities to thrive and advance in their careers. 

A person with her own disability, Annette’s advocacy for people with disabilities includes her time as a Recruiter, Abilities in Motion – BRG Advisory Board Member and Liaison, Disability:IN Corporate Advisory Board, NYC Financial Services Ability Roundtable, NYC Mayor’s Business Development Group, National Labor Exchange Operations Steering Committee, NJ Industry Liaison Group, and DirectEmployers Association Board of Directors.
