Eric Roecks is a trusted client advisor, problem solver, and change agent to infrastructure agencies across the world, with a specialty in transportation. With over 35 years of experience, he is a seasoned strategy consultant whose common environs range from the boardroom to the project “war room” and who facilitates hands-on management consulting solutions that resolve his client’s toughest business challenges. A certified Prosci™ change management practitioner with ongoing training at Harvard University, his trademark approach involves partnering to infuse best practices and develop implementable recommendations.

He has extensive experience advising asset-intensive capital programs and their leaders in the areas of change management, process improvement, strategic planning, governance, performance improvement, technology integration, readiness assessment, risk management, and board development.
