Charlie Ritter

Charlie Ritter brings over 25 years of experience providing audit services and have served as the global lead engagement partner and SEC review partner for some of KPMG's largest and most complex clients reporting under PCAOB and U.S. GAAP requirements. Charlie has significant experience coordinating services on topics such as revenue recognition, impairment, income taxes, derivatives, leasing, purchase accounting, franchise disclosure documents and securitization structures, debt offerings/refinancing, and equity offerings/IPOs.
He has completed a two-year rotation in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice and has served as the Professional Practice Partner responsible for audit quality and risk in our Mid-America and Coastal Business Units as well as the Orlando Office Managing Partner.
Currently, Charlie is the Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Southeast Audit Region.
