Monica is a managing director with KPMG LLP’s International tax practice in Chicago, IL. As part of KPMG Americas, Monica has taken on the role as a US-LATAM Corridor co-lead, where she serves as a connection amongst KPMG US lead partners and practitioners within various LATAM KPMG member firms for increased knowledge sharing, improved operational excellence and quality, and smoother rollout of regional solutions that may lead to tangible client opportunities.​

Prior to joining KPMG in April 2022, Monica spent 13 years at Ernst and Young, where she gained extensive experience in International Tax and transaction services. Monica graduated from Universidad del Salvador, Argentina (J.D. equivalent), and earned her Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M. in Taxation), and he is a member of the California State Bar.
