Hunter is a Managing Director in the KPMG Deal Advisory practice based in Atlanta. Hunter has over 17 years of experience serving strategic and private equity clients on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions primarily in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industries. His extensive experience includes financial due diligence, deal structuring, carve-outs, modeling and other deal strategy services. He has led numerous client engagements across TMT on deals ranging in size from $20 million to over $30 billion. Prior to joining the deal advisory practice, Hunter spent five years in KPMG audit practice in New York.
