Jayme has extensive experience in transfer pricing, leading high‑stakes APA and MAP negotiations and overseeing some of the largest transfer pricing audits in IRS history, with deep expertise across technology, manufacturing, energy, and emerging industries. Jayme specializes in complex economic analysis and dispute resolution, with leadership roles in government and private practice spanning treaty negotiations, audit defense, and cross‑border tax strategy.

Jayme earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of California, San Diego. Jayme also holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of North Dakota.
