Younes Raja is a finance and accounting professional with 15+ years of experience in all aspects of the M&A transaction life-cycle, advising private equity and strategic executives on acquisition and divestment considerations.
Younes is experienced in complex financial analysis of a wide variety of industries including software & technology, transportation & logistics, consumer goods, manufacturing, media and advertising, and telecommunications. He has a deep understanding of buy-side, sell-side, and refinancing transactions, including executing financial due diligence investigations and presenting guidance to clients on financial modeling, valuation considerations, transaction structuring, purchase agreement strategy and risk mitigation, and post-close integration / separation.
