Joe is a Managing Director in the KPMG Merger & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax Practice as part of the National Attribute Services Group, specializing in tax attribute work and related planning. Joe has 18 years of experience working on various tax attribute analyses, including but not limited to: earnings and profits calculations, stock basis calculations, loss disallowance, basis disparity analysis, worthless stock deductions, ownership change analyses pursuant to Sec. 382, and net operating loss preservation and planning.
