Emma Preston

Emma is the partner in charge of Asset Management / Private Equity for the M&A tax practice of KPMG in the US. She focusses on supporting financial buyers with the tax aspects of buy and sell side transactions for private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit portfolios.  She also works extensively alongside those investors to design tax efficient fund level structures. 

She is experienced in partnership and corporate U.S. taxation. She also has deep experience in cross border tax issues for both US and non-US investors in both public and private transactions.
