While at KPMG, Will has advised clients through growth strategy, performance improvement, transformations, and across the transaction lifecycle, from commercial and operational due diligence to post-close integration and separation execution. Will has experience across many Travel, Leisure, and Hospitality sectors, including lodging and gaming (land-based, sports betting, igaming, lottery, iLottery, social gaming). Will graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder before earning his MBA in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

- Led carve-out planning and execution for digital gaming and sports betting segment from the lottery and land-based segments of global game developer
- Supported Private Equity fund through buyside carve and standup planning for the separation of a lottery business from the gaming business
- Led planning for the separation of digital gaming and sports betting from land-based gaming and lottery for global game developer
- Led the design and economic modelling of a centralized loyalty program that integrated hotel, gaming, café, and e-commerce segments for global hotel, casino, and F&B brand
- Led the integration of European all-inclusive resort brand into a global hotel chain
- Led the integration of midscale brand acquisition into larger global chain
- Led pre-close synergy modelling and planning for Private Equity’s buyside carve and integration with existing PortCo
- Led market entry strategy development for leading Asian leisure brand
- Led the integration of a major hotel chain’s acquisition of ultra-luxury brand; supported operating model development, integration roadmap design, system rationalization and integration, go-to-market approach, and property-level cutovers
- Supported hospitality client through the carve and spin of its managed hotels business, containing more than 320 properties, into a Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”), and the subsequent sale of its management business
- Partnered with CFO to diligence competing term sheets for the outsourcing of the hotel management function
- Led the development of a COVID-19 recovery model to forecast the return of passenger arrivals and hotel occupancy for target markets
