Tim is a partner in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice (DPP) serving as a topic team leader for financial statement presentation matters as well as the alternate topic team leader for materiality, error corrections, and deficiencies assessment matters. He also serves as a topic team member related to SEC rules and regulations and other various accounting topics.
Tim has significant experience with technical accounting issues related to going concern, segments consolidation, leasing and revenue recognition matters. In addition, Tim has a thorough understanding of SEC rules specifically related to Regulation S-X and S-K matters and serves as a SEC Reviewing Partner for financial services clients.
