Hermes is a Director in KPMG Ireland’s Risk and Regulatory Consulting team. Hermes has over 15 years’ Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management experience across Financial Services (FS) sectors including Banking, Insurance, and Asset Management; and non FS sectors including Technology, State Bodies, and Healthcare. Hermes is also a former Banking CRO and specialises on improving the effectiveness of governance structures, risk and compliance frameworks, functions, and operating models. He also specialises on the assurance and delivery of regulatory change including Digital regulations such as the Digital Services Act (DSA), and of rulebooks issued by the CBI, FCA, PRA, EBA, Basel, and DPC. Geographies covered include Ireland, the UK, USA, Denmark, Sweden and LATAM.
