Erin Pangborn

Erin Pangborn is a Managing Director in the KPMG LLP U.S. Capital Markets Group. Erin works closely with non‑U.S. companies accessing the U.S. capital markets and has extensive experience supporting foreign private issuers throughout the IPO and capital‑raising lifecycle, including registered and exempt debt and equity offerings. In her role, she performs SEC filing reviews for foreign private issuers and advises on U.S. financial statement and disclosure requirements, PCAOB audit considerations, and the SEC review and comment letter process.

Erin has more than 18 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and capital markets matters, including significant experience with SEC registrants, PCAOB audits, and cross‑border transactions. She previously served in the KPMG Department of Professional Practice and spent several years in London advising on U.S. accounting, reporting, and auditing requirements and inbound U.S. capital markets transactions. Erin is a licensed CPA in New York and Washington.
