Matt Ostien is a Managing Director in the Federal Advisory practice of KPMG. He has 26 years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams delivering complex financial transformation, process improvement and organizational redesign engagements for DoD clients. As an Army veteran, Matt serves his clients to help them improve operations, recommend options to streamline processes, increase readiness and implement auditable solutions.
Matt holds a Master of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins University, in addition to Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) professional certifications.
