Karolina Oseckyte is a global financial services cybersecurity executive with over 15 years of US and UK leadership experience, recognized for navigating complex regulatory environments and driving large-scale transformation. Karolina’s expertise lies in delivering board-level cyber remediations, leading global technology programs, and maintaining operational resilience under intense supervisory pressure.
As a co-developer of the Cyber Risk Institute (CRI) Cyber Maturity Methodology and the AI Risk Management Framework, she has contributed to standards that are now widely adopted across the global financial services industry. Further, she initiated and now leads KPMG’s strategic partnership with the CRI, integrating its methodology into KPMG service offerings and delivering the firm’s largest CRI implementations worldwide.
Karolina remains at the forefront of the cybersecurity dialogue, actively shaping industry standards and fostering collaboration among regulators, CISOs, and global banks through my involvement in forums such as the I-4 Global Cybersecurity Forum and CRI.
