Tyler has 12 years’ experience providing M&A tax services to a global client base. Prior to joining KPMG, Tyler served as a tax litigator for the U.S. federal government. Tyler predominantly works with large private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and certain corporate strategics. He assists his clients throughout all stages of transactions including acquisition structuring, transaction execution, post-closing integration and operations, and divestiture planning. Tyler has broad industry qualifications, spending significant time in the sports, consumer, and technology sectors.

Tyler has extensive experience providing tax due diligence, tax structuring, and tax modeling services on complex transactions. This includes domestic and cross-border transactions on both the buy and sell-side.
