Jack is a Principal in KPMG’s Washington National Tax -- Economic and Valuation Services practice with more than 20 years of experience advising clients on transfer pricing and economic matters. Jack has served clients in a variety of industries, with a particular focus on technology companies (including online marketplaces, software, electronics, etc.).
Jack has extensive experience providing large and mid-size companies with valuations and economic analyses to support global tax planning and business transformation strategies. He has advised his clients on the assessment and mitigation of transfer pricing risk, the design of effective and efficient transfer pricing policies and procedures, and the alignment of transfer pricing policies with business strategies. Jack is also experienced with the design and implementation of data, assessment and accountability systems.
Jack has assisted a number of clients in establishing cost sharing arrangements and has also assisted with the submission and negotiation of unilateral and bilateral advance pricing agreements (“APAs”).
