William is a Senior Manager in KPMG’s Tax Controversy and Dispute Resolution group in Washington National Tax with 7 years of experience assisting taxpayers with a number of IRS matters, including examinations, appeals, closing agreements, and ruling requests. Representing taxpayers before the IRS, William has worked with clients on a variety of tax matters, including E.U. reclaims, insurance tax, transfer pricing, penalty abatements, withholding tax, and miscellaneous IRS account issues.
