Dan is an Audit managing director in the KPMG New York Financial Services practice. He has over 15 years of experience serving financial services clients, with a special focus on real estate developers and funds. Dan is experienced in employee benefit plans, including large multiemployer, health and welfare, and employee stock ownership plans. He is skilled in both US GAAP and IFRS, with extensive experience in business combinations, acquisitions, consolidations, and other financial reporting matters.
