Casey Nunez
Partner, M&A Tax - Service #1
Casey is a Partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice. Casey specializes in advising clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small closely-held organizations on tax matters relating to dispositions, acquisitions, and restructurings. He focuses on providing U.S. tax advice pertaining to cross-border and domestic transactions. Specifically, Casey advises on tax issues in connection with divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, and troubled companies both within and outside of bankruptcy.
Prior to joining KPMG’s M&A Tax practice, Casey was a member of KPMG’s State and Local Tax practice, focusing on state tax implications of M&A transactions. He has substantial experience advising a wide range of multinational companies including media, pharmaceuticals, retail, and service industries.
