Ada Neylan

Ada Neylan is the KPMG Director responsible for KPMG Ignition in New York where she leads the New York team and drives practice management and expansion.

Additionally, Ada is our national KPMG Ignition industry leader for Government & Healthcare clients, encompassing the federal government, state and local government, education, and healthcare sectors.

Both of her roles involve driving business strategy and orchestrating Ignition capabilities to curate and deliver unique experiences designed to enable clients to tackle complex business challenges and rethink their organizational strategies.

With over 25 years of experience working for world class organizations in five countries, including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, Ada brings a wealth of insights and expertise to her roles. Prior to her current position in New York, Ada joined KPMG Ignition to establish and lead KPMG Ignition's Washington DC Market Hub. This role entailed building a market presence, forming a high-performing team, and setting up an innovative physical location to serve the region. Prior to joining KPMG Ignition, Ada was the Sector Executive for Government at KPMG, where she was responsible for strategy development and execution in collaboration with KPMG’s Government leadership team.
