Emily is a Director in the KPMG Human Capital Practice, where she is responsible for shaping and leading the largest, most complex global transformations in a human-centered way. She believes the engagement of the organization and the alignment of leadership is critical to creating sustainable change.
Emily works collaboratively and effectively by building relationships, partnering with diverse groups of stakeholders, and understanding their unique opportunities and challenges. She will work with your stakeholders and program leaders to enhance adoption of the program and achieve the efficiency targets associated with the program. She will support employees through the change using targeted, measurable engagement strategies.
