Maggie is a Partner in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services within Deal Advisory & Strategy, specializing in Industrial Manufacturing (IM) clients. She has over 21 years of technical experience related to initial public offerings (IPOs), buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as technical accounting projects. Maggie currently leads the IM industry group within Accounting Advisory.
Since joining the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services group in 2016, Maggie has gained extensive experience in both technical accounting and project management for IPOs, buy-side and sell-side transactions, and other technical accounting projects. She is adept at managing transactions, leading teams in preparing financial statements, SEC filings, and segmentation assessments. Maggie also assists clients with technical accounting interpretations to address various issues that may arise during transactions.
In addition to her transactional expertise, Maggie has focused on implementing new revenue and leasing standards for various clients. She is an active member of several technical accounting topic teams, working alongside global manufacturers to implement accounting changes.
