Virilo has circa 30 years' experience in investment banking, advisory, capital markets, finance, structured finance and risk advisory, and has worked for various institutions in London, New York and Madrid.
He joined KPMG in the Spanish practice four years ago as a partner, focusing on London-based alternative capital investors, and the projects and institutions that these investors carry out in the region.
Since early 2025 Virilo runs KPMG’s EMA coverage and strategy for the Private Credit industry, focusing on maximizing KPMGs penetration and business relationships with this investor group based in London. He leads our approach to some of the most relevant alternative credit mangers operating in Europe working with all services and members firms in KPMG .
In his career Virilo has advised large international corporations, financial institutions and governments, and currently advises alternative asset managers in transaction and infrastructure related matters.
