Stacey is a Business Tax Services partner in the KPMG Dallas Office and leads the office’s Strategic Corporate group. She is also the Tax Business Unit Partner in Charge of the Southwest.
Stacey has more than 25 years of experience serving both private and publicly traded companies.
Stacey has been involved with numerous domestic and international tax compliance and planning projects, focusing on tax issues for manufacturing, professional services, retail, software services, healthcare, and telecommunications clients. She has also led numerous global lift outs and tax outsourcing projects, which encompass both direct and indirect tax, global provision, and transfer pricing.
Some of Stacey’s specific experiences have included:
- Implementing global provision processes and technology target operating models.
- Working globally with Member Firms to coordinate and facilitate direct and indirect workstreams, including global audits.
- Facilitating IRS examinations, Appeals, as well as Appeals mediation to favorably settle numerous client examinations.
- Assisting clients with their documentation and substantiation of their R&D Tax Credits.
- Reviewing and helping clients adopt correct and advantageous accounting methods.
