With over 15 years of experience in the secondary mortgage market, she has led successful programs across risk, compliance, operations and technology for CROs, COOs, CCOs and CTOs. Her engagements are typically multi-year transformations that help clients confidently progress from baseline compliance matters to meaningful strategic programs. She helps clients translate strategic ambitions to operational reality through creative and effective partnering, making the most of client teams and bringing the breadth and depth of KPMG.
