Her experience encompasses health and human services, workforce and economic policy, communications, emergency response, grant management operation and compliance oversight. Maggie’s background includes a wide range of specialties, including identifying process improvements, risk mitigation, and motivating teams to achieve operational efficiencies. Maggie has led and managed several grant programs and projects to help deliver program quality, federal compliance, and customer satisfaction.
