Sean is the National Practice Leader for KPMG’s Public Investment Management Practice. In addition to his client service responsibilities, Sean is part of a select group of partners within the firm responsible for concurring reviews of SEC registrants. Sean has over 32 years of experience in the investment management industry providing professional services to the complete spectrum of investment management clients, including mutual funds, investment managers, common and collective trust funds, business development companies, private equity funds, private credit funds, , fund administrators, hedge funds, commodity pools, transfer agents, , infrastructure funds, family offices, public pension funds and institutional investors. Sean has assisted investment management clients with matters involving mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, management reporting, performance reporting, financial management and budgeting, accounting, auditing and internal control.
