Adam is a Director in the KPMG Healthcare Strategy practice with more than 7 years of experience all in healthcare strategy consulting. Based in the Chicago office, he is primarily focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and growth working with payors and providers across the full continuum of care including health systems, post-acute providers, physician groups, ambulatory assets, and clinically integrated networks. Adam specializes in data-driven strategies using analytics to drive a variety of strategic goals including managed care benchmarking, whitespace growth, market entry strategy, partnership identification and planning, and enterprise -wide strategic planning.
