Bryan McCorry is a Partner in KPMG’s Audit practice. Based in Boston, Bryan specializes in audit services for various life sciences and technology-related businesses. During his 22-year career at KPMG, Bryan has performed and managed financial statement audits for numerous publicly-traded and private clients.

In addition to his extensive experience with publicly-traded companies, Bryan also serves as the lead audit partner on several private equity and venture capital-backed clients in the Boston area. Bryan has been involved in numerous initial and secondary public offerings.

Bryan is experienced in several technical accounting areas including complex debt and equity financings, collaborative arrangements, revenue recognition, mergers and acquisitions, international tax structuring and stock-based compensation.

Bryan is a member of the AICPA, Massachusetts CPA Society, and the Boston chapter of the CFO Roundtable. He is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Boston College.
