Chris is a Director in KPMG’s Procurement Advisory practice with more than 14 years of procurement, strategic sourcing and third party management experience. He has a strong background across the full life cycle of strategic sourcing which includes vendor selection, vendor risk management and ongoing supplier relationship management.

With KPMG, Chris has led and coordinated a wide range of strategic sourcing and procurement transformation projects for clients, working collaboratively and understanding their businesses.  He is a change agent focused on meeting and exceeding clients’ requirements and expectations.

Before joining KPMG, Chris’ experience includes procurement management with responsibility for planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery of category strategy implementations, supplier relationship management programs and supply chain due diligence initiatives to meet regulatory objectives and assisting in outsourcing audits implemented by the financial regulator.

He has also provided subject matter knowledge and guidance at various forums on the subjects of category management and implementing and realizing benefits from supplier relationship management.
