Kevin Max is a Principal in the KPMG LLP Infrastructure and Capital projects Advisory practice where he leads the U.S. Industrial Manufacturing sector. A licensed professional engineer, he has more than twenty-five years of diverse construction industry experience in engineering, construction management and management consulting. Kevin has advised clients on a wide variety of large public and private sector projects including the building of manufacturing facilities, power and utility construction and infrastructure development. Most recently, Kevin has specialized in the development of project organizations, establishment of project management processes and controls and the overall program delivery of complex construction operations.
