Andrew Matuszak

A founding member of the KPMG Corporate Development group, Andrew has been involved in almost all acquisitions since the team was established. He helps oversee the valuation and due diligence teams within Corporate Development and is involved in all aspects of the transactions--origination, transaction structuring and negotiation, closing, and integration.
In 2019, Andrew led the effort to establish a Corporate Venture Capital program at KPMG. This important effort, the fourth pillar of growth, is critical to KPMG's innovation and growth agenda. Andrew leads the efforts to evaluate new startup investments and plays an important role in connecting portfolio companies to our vast network of Partners and clients.
Prior to joining Corporate Development, Andrew consulted large companies and organizations such as The Federal Reserve Board, American Express, and Swiss Re. As the senior consultant and engagement manager he led large national and international teams, identifying business process improvement opportunities and executing on large transformational projects and strategic initiatives.
Andrew is an active contributor on LinkedIn and publishes a podcast that explores the world of Corporate Venture Capital.
