Florian mainly serves clients in the automotive and broader industrial manufacturing industry. His primary area of expertise is advising stakeholders in distressed suppliers situations - this can range from quick assessments to complex year-long restructurings or winddowns – in- or out-of-court. Further, he’s been leading strategic / commercial projects around Tier 1 supplier inflationary recoveries and has been involved in various distressed M&A processes. Since joining the KPMG Detroit office in 2018, Florian has served medium-sized, family-owned businesses, private equity clients as well as global, public enterprises. A German native, he brings additional restructuring and industry experience from his prior work at the KPMG Berlin office, as well as his prior employer - a German Tier 1 automotive and racing supplier.
