Nataly is a Principal in KPMG Internal Audit and Controls Services network. She has enjoyed a dedicated career with KPMG where she leads a multidisciplinary team across several countries. Nataly has led Enterprise Risk Management projects at several multinational companies and has developed and mentored highly productive teams. Nataly worked in the Audit practice of KPMG Brazil before she moved to the United States. She is able to speak, read, and write English and Portuguese, with advanced skills in Spanish.
Nataly is very dedicated to community work and mentorship opportunities. She serves as the partner champion for the KPMG’s Hispanic Latino BRG as well as the KPMG’s Atlanta Inclusion and Diversity Committee where she leads strategic activities related to talent acquisition and employee experience. Nataly is also a proud board member of the ALPFA Atlanta chapter where she has served as the Director of Student Affairs for the past 2 years and has mentored and coached multiple students and new professionals.
