Dilan recently completed an IT Due Diligence and Integration project as well as several application rationalization and cost optimization engagements which identified the client’s portfolio of applications and costs associated with retaining, retiring, reengineering, and/or consolidating applications to achieve greater standardization and efficiencies. These engagements have led to additional work with Patient Access, Cloud Strategy, CRM Strategy, and most recently, ServiceNow integration with Application Portfolio Management and IT Strategy.
