Nam is a Managing Director in KPMG’s Deal Advisory & Strategy practice with 20 years of professional experience advising corporate, private equity, and portfolio companies with value creation strategies related to cost reduction, enterprise transformations, and transactions.

He has worked with many of the largest Private Equity funds leading programs throughout the deal lifecycle, from transaction to transformation, including: operational due diligence, standalone cost analysis, value realization, operating model design, organization design, headcount rationalization, and external spend optimization. Additionally, he leads KPMG’s AI-enabled outside-in due diligence offering, conducting diligence utilizing publicly available data.

He previously served as Chief Strategy Officer for a $500M consumer products PE portfolio company.
