Ying is a Director in Technology Assurance with over 10 years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, technology risk, and regulatory compliance. She specializes in SOX integrated audits, SOC reporting, cybersecurity governance, and technology risk management, serving clients across the technology, financial services, and asset management sectors. Ying co-leads KPMG's Microsoft Dynamics 365 subject matter professional network, supporting ERP initiatives through standardized testing approaches, technology enablement, and national training programs. She also brings industry experience managing cybersecurity compliance and regulatory programs, including New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) cybersecurity requirements, for a major North American financial institution. Ying holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a cybersecurity concentration from Northwestern University's McCormick School of Engineering.
