Zhibai Lin has over 17 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and transaction structuring, serving a broad spectrum of clients from investment partnerships to large multinational corporations.

Zhibai specializes in the use of partnerships and limited liability companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, and restructurings for private equity clients. Zhibai has extensive experience leading global client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for senior executives at major Private Equity firms.

Zhibai manages a team of over 250 tax professionals, driving tax compliance delivery and operational excellence across the engagement team. 

Prior to rejoining KPMG, Zhibai was a member of the International Tax Planning & Compliance Group at Morgan Stanley, where she managed tax planning and compliance for over 50 foreign subsidiaries.

  • Adjunct Professor of Partnership Taxation at Villanova University School of Law.
  • Leader in campus recruiting activities for Baruch College and Fordham University.
  • Certified Public Accountant in New York.

Zhibai holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Fordham University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baruch College, City University of New York, and a Private Equity Certificate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
