Miranda Li is a Director within KPMG’s Advisory Supply Chain & Procurement practice, specializing in procurement transformation, supply chain modernization, AI-enabled operating models, and digital enablement. She has over 15 years of experience advising global organizations on complex integrations, separations, source-to-pay transformation, supply chain disruption resolution, and operating model redesign.
Her work spans procurement and supply chain, including sourcing, supplier performance, spend governance, third-party risk management, workflow orchestration, fulfillment distribution, inventory optimization, and service model redesign. She helps leaders simplify complexity, improve performance, reduce cost, and deliver transformation at scale.
Miranda holds a BS in Supply Chain & Information Systems and BA in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University, where she was a Schreyer Honors Scholar.
