Marcus Leach is a Managing Director at KPMG Strategy, where he leads growth and transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and private equity sponsors. With nearly two decades of advisory experience, Marcus helps organizations unlock growth, manage risk, and build long-term resilience. He leads teams across two of KPMG’s fastest‑growing areas—Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) and Strategy—and is recognized for building high‑performing, market‑facing teams that deliver measurable impact.

Marcus currently serves as Global TMT Sustainability Lead and U.S. Sustainability Strategy Lead and has been recognized as KPMG’s Global Sustainability Leader of the Year (2026). He also leads the Miami Office Living Green Community Impact initiative.

A dual citizen of the United States and Germany, Marcus brings extensive international experience, having worked across five continents and more than 15 countries.
