David is a managing director in KPMG’s New York Value Chain Management and International Tax Services practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in tax planning and structuring of transactions for public and privately held clients.
David has extensive tax consulting experience across a broad range of industries from life sciences to the digital economy and led engagements covering a variety of issues from tax controversy and mergers and acquisitions to supply chain management and transfer pricing. Most recently, as part of WNT, David led the tax technical development and global marketing of KPMG Global firm-wide tax models on BEPS 2.0, ESG benchmarking, and global mobility. David is part of KPMG Global’s BEPS 2.0 task force.
