Joe leads KPMG’s Advisory Tariff Response effort. In this role he is responsible for helping KPMG’s clients understand and address the strategy, operations, and technology challenges that the rapid and deep disruptionss in global trade and tariff environments is imposing on their businesses.   

Joe serves as a leader for the KPMG Industrial Manufacturing team, and he brings more 30 years of professional experiences to his role. He has deep experience in enterprise transformation, growth strategy, market entry, and digital transformations. He has served clients in the auto, commercial vehicle, industrial products, chemicals, and aerospace sectors. 

Joe’s career has centered on helping Industrial companies capture value from the market they serve. He is recognized for contributions in growth strategy, industrial marketing, pricing, end to end supply chain, and commercial operations.  His recent lectures focus on how AI, IOT, connectivity, and other technology change capital goods companies’ supply chains and commercial value propositions.

Among Joe’s experience is leading the creation and launch of a new aftermarket parts brand for a leading global Construction and Mining OEM, focusing on capturing the post-warranty, post-first repair market through strategic pricing, differentiation from OEM-branded parts, third-party parts sourcing, and channel alignment. Additionally, he developed a global service contracts strategy for the same OEM, coordinating with the finance company and dealer network to secure service-event demand and service parts pull-through. Joe also spearheaded the launch of service parts sales through eCommerce retail channels for a leading Detroit-based OEM, enhancing the aftermarket network's efficiency by incorporating non-dealer sources. Furthermore, Joe drove retail transformation for a leading Germany-based OEM, revolutionizing the customer new vehicle buying experience from digital pre-sales to the physical dealership experience across the Americas dealer network.
