Ariel Kuo is a Human Capital Transformation Leader with more than 14 years of management consulting experience serving diverse clients across the U.S. government, including federal, state, and local agencies. Ariel specializes in leading large-scale human capital transformation programs, driving impactful changes and future-proof outcomes for the government through strategy, organizational design, talent management, HR technology and innovations. She is particularly well-versed in leading HR technology transformations across the full program lifecycle, including business case analysis, system design and architecture, testing, implementation, continuous people and process optimization, as well as stakeholder management.
Ariel has deep experience aligning people, processes, data, technology, and organizational change management to solve complex challenges, bringing a strong understanding of the business, technology, and workforce alignment required to achieve strategic goals. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
