Michael Kreisman

As a manager in the KPMG Accounting Advisory Services practice, Michael provides clients with a broad range of financial reporting and technical accounting support, both in the ordinary course and in relation to transformative events such as acquisitions, carve-out divestitures, initial public offerings and other capital-raising transactions.

Michael’s accounting knowledge focuses primarily on US GAAP, specializing in accounting topics that include business combinations and consolidations, financial instruments, stock-based compensation and revenue recognition.
