Jennifer is a managing director in the KPMG Dallas State and Local Tax practice. She has more than seventeen years of experience providing state and local tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the real estate and private equity industries. 

Jennifer’s real estate clients have included real estate opportunity funds, land developers, home builders, datacenters, management companies, and real estate investment companies. Jennifer is knowledgeable in state taxation of pass-through entities, REITs, and corporate entities. Jennifer has substantial experience leading high volume tax compliance engagements for tiered partnership structures and REIT structures.

Additionally, Jennifer is experienced in consulting on acquisitions, dispositions, and structuring new funds.
