David is the lead of KPMG’s Customer service and experience practice for Health and Government and his experience includes large-scale channel transformation including Contact Center, Digital, Interactive Voice Response, Mobile, Artificial Intelligence and Retail channels. David also hold multiple patents focused on customer experience and digital service.
